Job Title: Business Development Executive
Reports to: Technical Program Manager
Duty Station: Nairobi
- Having an in-depth knowledge of existing products and value proposition.
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics & Navision.
- Identifying potential partnership, creating sales pitch and following up on new partnership leads.
- Take charge of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, preparation of proposals, negotiations and after sale services.
- Leading the overall solution design based on client requirements and work with internal solution architect / finance / delivery / legal teams to respond client needs
- Organizing sales visits to new and existing customers.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Increase reach and availability in the market and ensure product performance through effective partner engagement and channel performance.
- Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products and services.
- Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products.
- Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly Sales reports.
- Developing growth strategies and plans.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
- Previous experience as a sales executive in the same field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
- Stakeholder management skills
