Overview
The Projects & Trainings Manager is responsible for the successful delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of all ICT projects at Panache Technohub, as well as leading all internal and client training initiatives. This senior leadership role ensures that Panache consistently delivers enterprise-grade solutions, including Dynamics 365 (BC, F&O, HRM, Supply Chain, CRM), SAP, Microsoft 365, portals, integrations, and custom applications, on time, on scope, and to the highest level of quality. The manager also oversees the competency and certification development of internal staff, ensuring Panache maintains a technically strong, well-trained, and delivery-ready team.
Description
Key Responsibilities
A. Enterprise Project Management & Delivery Excellence
• Manage and deliver multiple concurrent enterprise ICT projects at scale.
• Develop and maintain project charters, WBS, timelines, budgets, risks, and communication plans.
• Ensure project teams follow Panache’s implementation standards, methodologies, and quality guidelines.
• Lead solution validation, testing cycles, UAT support, deployment coordination, and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate with technical, functional, commercial, and support teams to maintain delivery momentum.
• Track contract deliverables, renewals, and project-related financial milestones.
B. Quality Assurance, Governance & Process Improvement
• Establish delivery controls, documentation standards, and compliance with internal methodologies.
• Conduct quality reviews at all phases, from requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain project dashboards and status reports for management visibility.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery, methodology adoption, and operational efficiency.
C. Stakeholder & Client Engagement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication during project cycles.
• Lead review meetings, steering committees, and progress updates with senior client stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and resolve issues and escalations proactively.
• Build trust with clients by demonstrating professionalism, solution knowledge, and disciplined delivery.
D. Training, Certification & Competency Development
• Lead all training programs for internal teams and client organizations.
• Develop structured training plans covering:
- Dynamics 365 BC, F&O, HRM, Supply Chain & CRM o SAP ERP
- Microsoft 365
- Custom applications & portals
- Project methodologies (Agile, SureStep, PMP/Prince2)
- Business and IT Professional training across all industries.
• Manage onboarding and continuous upskilling of consultants, project managers, and functional analysts.
• Ensure internal staff maintain mandatory certification levels as required by Panache’s standards.
• Develop training manuals, guides, and knowledge-base assets.
E. Team Leadership & Resource Coordination
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of project managers, trainers, functional consultants, and implementers.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, skill-gap assessments, and succession planning.
• Assign resources to projects, ensuring optimal utilization and workload balance.
• Mentor junior team members and guide professional development.
• Initiate and enforce project implementation human resources recruitment to ensure optimal capacity and staffing at all times.
F. Pre-Sales & Proposal Support
• Support solution design and proposal development for RFPs and tenders.
• Contribute to preparation of project scopes, timelines, delivery methodologies, and resource estimates.
• Participate in client demos, presentations, and clarifications during pre-sales cycles.
G. Business & IT Professional Trainings
• Establish and lead Panache’s Commercial Training Division as a core revenue-generating business line.
• Design and package training programs for enterprise, government, SMEs, and individual learners.
• Develop training catalogs, pricing models, certification pathways, and annual public training calendars.
• Deliver professional trainings in digital transformation, ERP & business applications, cybersecurity, cloud, software development, integrations, data analytics, AI, automation, and business skills.
• Coordinate B2B/B2G training engagements, corporate academies, and sector-focused programs.
• Ensure all training delivery meets international standards and supports accreditation requirements.
• Manage partnerships with certification bodies, technology vendors, and accreditation entities.
• Work with Commercial/Marketing teams to promote training products and drive sales pipelines.
• Track revenue, margins, and profitability to ensure sustainable growth of the training division.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field. (Mandatory))
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification.
- At least one ICT-related certification: Dynamics 365 BC / CRM / F&O, SAP, Microsoft 365 & Azure, Cloud, Security, or DevOps
- 10 years managing medium to large ICT/ERP/CRM/cloud projects.
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-grade solutions across multiple industries.
- Experience conducting client training, workshops, and structured adoption programs.
- Proven leadership managing technical and functional teams.
- Experience working with multi-vendor or government implementations is an added advantage.
