Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Developer

We are seeking a Business Central Developer with deep technical expertise and
strategic insight to lead the development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365
Business Central (formerly NAV) solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in
complex projects, integrations, and system upgrades, acting as a technical lead and mentor
within the ERP team.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced customizations and
integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for BC technical architecture, AL
programming, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Architect and implement complex integrations with third-party applications using
APIs, OData, and web services.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to
ensure technical alignment with business goals.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and
development standards.
• Drive upgrades and migrations from legacy NAV versions to Business Central,
including data transformation and system testing.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot high-level issues, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Support pre-sales technical discussions and provide solution architecture where
needed.
