Overview
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is the executive driver of operational excellence, commercial performance, and strategic execution at Panache Technohub Limited. This leader ensures Panache consistently delivers on its promise of being Africa’s go-to ICT solutions, software, and systems provider, while steering the company toward sustainable growth, profitability, and Pan-African expansion. The COO oversees all operational organs of the business: Technology, Delivery, Projects, Commercial Execution, Client Management, Support, R&D, and ICT Security. They bring advanced execution capability, strong commercial governance, and deep technical mastery across enterprise-grade solutions including: • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, HRM, Supply Chain and other applications. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM • Microsoft 365 Enterprise Applications (M365 ecosystem) • SAP ERP Systems • Enterprise portals, mobile applications, APIs & integrations • Cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and software engineering This executive ensures Panache remains a disciplined, high-performance institution capable of delivering complex automation systems across industries and markets in Africa.
Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Operational Leadership
• Translate Panache’s vision into actionable strategies, operational frameworks, and measurable execution plans.
• Lead and harmonize all departments, Technical, Projects, Sales, Support, Security, and R&D, into a coordinated operational engine.
• Establish governance structures, SOPs, dashboards, and KPIs to drive delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Guide annual and quarterly planning cycles to support Panache’s growth trajectory and Pan-African operational scale.
2. Commercial Leadership & Revenue Accountability
• Oversee and enforce commercial discipline to ensure sales targets are consistently achieved and exceeded.
• Coordinate commercial operations to sustain financial stability, positive cashflow, and predictable revenue cycles.
• Supervise sales engineering, opportunity qualification, technical solutioning, pricing strategies, and bid management.
• Ensure conversion of all viable leads, strong pipeline governance, and strategic support for enterprise/government engagements.
• Drive profitability analysis, contract performance, and post-contract revenue assurance.
3. Technology Leadership & Solutions Governance
• Provide oversight across all enterprise technologies including:
- Dynamics 365 BC, F&O, CRM
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Applications
- SAP
- API-driven integrations, cloud platforms, automation systems
- Enterprise-grade portals and mobile applications
• Define architectural standards, coding best practices, DevOps automation, documentation quality, and product lifecycle governance.
• Drive technical innovation, modernization initiatives, and adoption of emerging technologies aligned to Panache’s Pan-African ambitions.
4. Project Delivery, Implementation & Client Success
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise implementations, automations, integrations, upgrades, migrations, and development projects.
• Ensure all projects meet timelines, budgets, quality benchmarks, and contractual obligations.
• Lead resource acquisitions, allocation, project governance, risk management, and executive escalation handling.
• Strengthen client relationships through structured engagement, service excellence, and proactive support.
• Create a reliable post-go-live support framework to sustain lifecycle value for clients.
5. ICT Security, Compliance & Infrastructure Governance
• Oversee cybersecurity, identity and access management, cloud security, compliance, and data protection frameworks.
• Lead Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and operational reliability for all mission-critical environments.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry security standards across all business units.
6. People Leadership, Culture & Organizational Development
• Build, mentor, and empower high-performing cross-functional teams across technical, commercial, and operational departments.
• Lead staff certifications, competency development, leadership pipeline development, and workforce planning.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, innovation, and Pan-African impact.
• Strengthen collaboration, communication, and alignment across the organization.
7. Research, Innovation & Market Expansion
• Drive R&D initiatives for new technologies, automation frameworks, and market-driven solutions.
• Lead competitive intelligence and market analysis for African expansion.
• Evaluate and recommend strategic partnerships, technological opportunities, and market-entry strategies.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (mandatory).
- 10+ years in ICT, ERP, digital transformation, or enterprise software.
- Minimum 5 years in senior management or executive leadership roles.
- Professional certifications in Dynamics, SAP, Azure, PMP/Prince2, ITIL, and cybersecurity.
